This year’s experience promises a tapestry of artistic expression featuring:

• The Captivating Marlo Vashti — jazz vocalist, poet, and actress known for intimate, soul-baring performances that draw audiences into every word.
• The incredible diva songstress Cande Rivers known for gospel sounds and tributes to icons like Whitney Houston, Chaka Khan, Dionne Warwick, Etta James; Roberta Flack and more, songs that will have the audience dancing and singing in their seats.
• Social Activist Alexander Star — Emmy-nominated hip hop and R& B artist whose music inspires social change through powerful storytelling and the creator of Greater Fort Lauderdale Anthem ”Laudy Dayo.”
• Art Installations by Guyanese-born South Florida artist Dionne H.E. Polite who transforms Caribbean culture and everyday life into vibrant paintings bursting with color, spirit, and storytelling.

A Night of JOY, FREEDOM & CULTURE

The “Imagination Unchained” experience is a celebration of identity and legacy. Guests will be immersed in a dynamic fusion of live music, poetry, and visual art, including graffiti activations that honor the past while envisioning the future.

Hosted by the City of Lauderhill and powered by Next Weekend Productions, Inc. and sponsored in partnership with BankUnited Icare the evening will be energized by on-air personalities from iHeartRadio, creating an atmosphere where soul meets spirit and community bonds come alive.
