Our Vision

Imagination Unchained celebrates 250 years of Black imagination, creativity, and cultural brilliance — honoring the evolution of Black music, art, and storytelling while uplifting emerging artists and the voices that have always carried our communities forward. This production commemorates the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and the role it has played in the proliferation of Black genius.

Harlem Renaissance Reimagined

Guests enter a lush Harlem Renaissance–inspired lounge reimagined through a bold Afrofuturist lens. Live jazz fills the air as interactive art installations and visual storytelling panels invite exploration and conversation — a world between then and tomorrow.

Jazz Vocalist - Marlo Vashti
A BFA graduate of Florida Atlantic University, Marlo co-founded The Black Undergraduate Theatre Collective to provide a space for marginalized students to create boldly. Her rich, jazz-influenced voice is deeply intentional, rooted in a belief that storytelling has the power to connect and transform. Whether through performance or education, she approaches her work with soulful care and transformative purpose.
